The Desktop Support Associate is responsible for providing day-to-day technology support for approximately 75 users with several being traveling users. These users support the Top agents in the advanced markets (high profile organization).

Support Responsibilities: *
First point of contact desktop support technician for approximately 75 people with several being travelers. *
Must have excellent trouble shooting skills with computer hardware, software and network connectivity. *
Verify and remediate patch management to all end user equipment. Verify and remediate anti-Virus updates and issues as they occur. Manage deployment and returns of leased desktop computers and laptops. *
Provide end results reports, asset inventory tracking and lease cycle reports. *
Maintain multiple network printers and multi-function copiers *

Excellent oral and written communication skills. *
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. *
Proficient with all aspects of Windows XP, Windows 7 (x96 & 64) in a large corporate Windows domain. *
Must have excellent trouble shooting skills with computer hardware, software and network connectivity. *
Ability to work in a team environment and be a team player. *
Experience with Windows Server, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, C#.Net and Sharepoint is a plus.
