Affinnova is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic troubleshooter who loves to work in a fast-paced environment to join our world-class level I.T. team. The Desktop Support Engineer will provide local and remote support to Affinnova’s fast-growing, high-octane end user community.
Specifically, you will:
You will be involved with hardware and software repairs and upgrades, creating new systems, analyzing, testing, and assessing software and/or other technical changes to meet operational requirements.
This position reports to the VP of Engineering

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Two to five years of hands-on experience supporting end-users
Must have significant experience configuring, troubleshooting and supporting:
Candidates are given preference with previous support experience with:
iOS devices, Windows Phones and Blackberry Devices (corporate environment)
Mac OS X desired
Confidence when working with end-users, both in-person and over the phone
Strong IT Fundamentals
Undergraduate degree in a Computer related field.
