Desktop Technical Support Technician to provide on-site support to users in the Greater Houston area. Will work from Remedy Ticketing Systems to support PC applications, hardware, and network support. Will provide remote support via remote tools &/ phone to removed field offices.
- Windows XP, and Windows 7 operating systems.
- Support experience with MS Office Applications including MS Outlook / MS Exchange environment.
- Experience with networking (LAN/WAN, Wireless, and VPN access).
- Experience working from a Service Desk Ticketing system (RemedyTicketing System experience is a plus).
- Experience with MS Forefront, and McAfee Virus Scan Utilities.
- Experience working within Active Directory.
- Experience with Cisco VOIP (Click to Call Phone System experience is a plus).
Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background Check Required.
