FFN has an immediate opening for a Desktop Support Technician. This position reports directly to our Sr. Director of IT and will work closely with the other members of our Information Technology team to support all Tier 1 requests and projects.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Initial computer setup and testing for new hires and internal moves
New phone setup
Serve as Tier 1 support for all technology related local issues such as PC/Phone/laptop/printer.
Maintain new and used equipment inventory.
Work on special projects as assigned by manager.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast paced environment that requires excellent organization and communication skills.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Hardware Certifications (A+)
Minimum of 3 years technical support experience to include PC software and hardware troubleshooting.
Skilled in Microsoft product line including: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Hands on experience with Inter-Tel or like PBX equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs is required.
