2 positions open for a tier II/III help desk support tech.
Must have basic script experience (VB script or power shell).
Active Directory Experience
Basic scripting experience
Experience with SCCM
Ability to remote troubleshoot via phone/sms
Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish)
Excellent English skills (both written and verbal)
Enterprise environment background a plus but not required
Be able to pass a drug and background check
Prefer Bachelors degree (computer science/IT) but will consider associates degree.
Comptia certification is a plus (A+, Net+ or Sec+)
Minimum of 3 years experience but not more than 7
This is considered a junior to mid level opportunity so please no senior level or management experience.
Salary range for this opportunity is mid 40's.
