MCP and/or CompTIA A+ certification
Provide desktop support in a Windows 7/XP environment.
Setup and implement desktop/notebook builds.
Documentation and improvement of IT Service Desk processes.
Familiar with ITIL based Incident Management, Change Management, and Configuration/Asset Management
Able to work both independantly and as part of a team.
End user training experience.
Remote site support experience.
