Provides 3rd level technical expertise in the area of application packaging and distribution. This position requires extensive knowledge and experience with desktop deployment tools such as Unidesk, SCCM, LANDesk, MDT, etc. and how they relate to desktop applications and Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems. Additional experience including, but not limited to, x86 desktops/laptops, Multi-Function Devices (print/fax/copier/scanner), BlackBerry devices and other supported wireless devices such as Windows Phone, Android, and/or iPhone/iPad and how they relate to software packaging is required.

The successful candidate will have 4 or more years of experience in a Desktop Support position in which the primary focus was application packaging and support with MSI tools such as Wyse or InstallShield, Scripting, and/or other desktop automation tools. The incumbent shall also be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures relating to Desktop Support.
