Job Description Responsible for handling network printer related tickets Responsible for handling Patch management Antivirus management Asset management Handle escalations VIP incidents and SLA breaches Maintain AntiVirus and Patch upgrades patches etc Maintain and Administer Desktop management tools like Tivoli End Point Manager Tivoli Asset manager Goto Meeting WaveLink etc Knowledge of administering OS image management and deployment related activities Provide L2L3 system administration support Responsible for requirement gathering and providing estimation to meet the client project requirements Handle coordination and implementation of Merger and acquisition projects related to End user computing Proactive problem analysis and interacting with system users in order to identify the issues related to performance connectivity etc Perform root cause analysis and propose implementation plan which helps to improve performance reduce integration cost and fix the problem permanently Client management activities that includes regular meeting with client managers to provide status updates review task Researching planning and recommending administrative system hardware and software choices to satisfy the organizations business requirements Coordination with Onsite and offshore team Working closely with the management and other teams in achieving the organizational goal Capacity planning based on growth Project planning and documentation Be responsible for the maintenance and currency of documentation specific to their role their team and the responsibilities they have Adherence to Managed Operating Environment process and procedures Provide regular projecttask status updates to the team team lead and Manager as required Escalate problems as per team guidelines to Team Leader andor manager Knowledge of ITIL framework Excellent written and oral communications skills Provide technical support to projectaccount Own and action requests for service implementing changes and resolving assigned problems (may involve some after hours and weekend work) Provide 247 after hours on call support as required Should be able to lift about 20 30 Lbs of weight Understanding of GoTo Meeting McAfee Wavelink etc Desktop Support
