The Developer/Analyst works in the Information Technology organization and is responsible for the development and support of existing software
and new software requests. This position works alone or on a team to design, dewvelop, test, debug new software or enhancements. This posisiton partners with the DBA/Developer, Senior to develop and support software solutions in the EJM Finance and other departments. The Developer/Analyst plays a key role in understanding business requriements for software solutions and communicating with the business community throught the development lifecycle. The Developer/Analyst has deep technical knowledge and a thorough understanding of the business application of software solutions.

Essential Qualifications: 6-8 years of work experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Sciences
Credentials: CS, CE, CIS, IS, MIS or similar or related work experience
Knowledge and experience in modern software development environments (JEE, C#, and/or Grails).
Knowledge of relational database structure and design.
Ability to create and modify SQL queries.
Understanding of the phases of software development lifecycles/methodologies
Provide expert level abilities in database design, development, and enhancement within either the MS SQL Server DBMS or the Oracle DBMS.
Assist with process, data and object modeling in a variety of application and database environments.
Contribute to systems architecture analysis, design, development, and enhancement.
Maintain currency and develop greater expertise in industry leading information management technologies.
Work as project team member during end to end system life cycle development of major projects.
Provide technical input to risk analysis and change control.
Ability to learn and quickly comprehend new concepts.
Strong judgment and decision-making ability.
