The Development Coordinator position will be primarily responsible for providing general customer service in the area of territory development with franchise sales, transfers, leasing and construction. Position duties include:

  • Initiating contacts with all franchise sales leads and converting leads to applications. Emailing/calling all applicants about next steps and providing background information on Subway® concept. Scheduling seminars or first meetings, compiling paperwork for development packages, and completing and submitting franchise sales paperwork to Headquarters.
  • Manage the transfer process: scheduling expansion interviews, requesting transfer fees, requesting compliance reports, request for transfer documents, and facilitating a closing.
  • Assist with Site Review plots and maps. Ensuring the Lease Commencement Agreement is signed and returned to headquarters in a timely manner as well as assisting field staff with store opening photos and store opening status reports.
  • Other projects as assigned.

High School Diploma and 1+ years of clerical/administrative experience required. Previous mapping, construction and/or leasing experience or Subway® related experience a plus. The successful candidate will possess excellent organization skills, be detail oriented and possess the ability to multi-task well.
