The Development Coordinator is responsible for:|
Providing overall support to the Development Team and completing assigned project-based work;
Performing a variety of administrative duties to support proposal preparation and document management including, but not limited to, tasks related to printing, faxing, and filing;
Maintaining various reports that enable team to track pending opportunities, sales, and overall performance;
Data entry to track and monitor the delivery and status of sales proposals;
Maintaining internal database of clients and relevant contacts;
Assisting with scheduling of internal calls as well as marketing calls with clients;
Participation in client calls to take notes for proposal
Work with Director of Development to identify potential conflicts of interest;
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (English, Journalism, Business, or Healthcare);
Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written;
Proven attention to detail and follow-through;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel;
Must be highly organized and be able to work independently;
Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in a demanding environment.
Two years professional experience business development, marketing or writing experience, with preferred focus on health care services;
Experience with Customer Relationship Management software and database programs;
A self-starter and willing to work within aggressive time constraints to meet strict deadlines.
