The Development Systems Coordinator supports the work of the Development Fund by managing the computer, database and filing systems necessary to support gift cultivation, solicitation, processing, tracking and stewardship. The Coordinator also helps to facilitate donor research report requests and provides overall business management support for the department. Primary responsibilities include: managing the department database (Raiser's Edge), online giving systems (Sphere, Network for Good) and filing system to track contributed income, correspondence, and other documentation; Provides research reports, track event records, facilitate overall database management and report generation; Participate in staffing and coordinating events.
Experience in Raiser's Edge; expertise is MS Word and Excel. Experience in financial reporting. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Discretion, maturity and composure, especially under pressure. 2-3 years development experience preferred. Interest in/knowledge of healthcare and hospitals.
