Rivendell Behavioral Health Services is a 77-bed full-service behavioral healthcare acute care facility located in Benton, AR, that has been providing quality health care to the residents of Arkansas since 1986 that is currently seeking a Nurse Manager. Job Responsibilities Includes:
  • Makes coffee and tea.
  • Assists cook with food perperation in assigned manner.
  • Serves food to patients and staff using proper serving sizes and utensils.
  • Assists in setting up area for special luncheons and affairs.
  • Assists with storing all deliveries.
  • Prepares 10:00 a.m. snacks.
  • Does routine cleaning of kitchen and equipment, and assigned cleaning.
  • Covers, labels and dates all item put into the freezer or cooler.
    Completes routine cleaning of kitchen and equipment after use and other assigned cleaning duties.
  • Cleans work areas after each meal.Operates dishwasher rinsing everything properly before placing it in the dishwasher. Lets dishes, pots and pans, etc. air dry properly before storing.
  • Works with minimal supervision.Attends in services, or reads written in services in a timely manner.Completes other duties as assigned.

Requirements

The dietary aide helps the cook achieve the correct food care within dietary guidelines and specifications. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively to customers and employees of this organization. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in basic mathematics.
