This position supports all day-to-day sales stewardship needs for ESPN.com, WatchESPN and Mobile campaigns. Act as liaison between advertising agencies, internal Sales, Planning, Account Management, and Accounting departments to facilitate and maintain all digital advertising campaigns from point of sale through invoicing and payment. ASR will coordinate all order processing, including assisting in placing orders as it relates to contacts and billing information and maintaining and updating overall order information if necessary. The ASR completes all client worksheets for proposals and use of third-party proprietary sites (such as Atlas and MediaVisor) to submit campaign information to agencies for approval. The Digital ASR assists in the execution of marketing & asset management deliverables for ESPN’s digital media properties by combining information from a multitude of internal and external sources to report on deal delivery. This role will work with Planning and Inventory teams to propose campaign adjustments, if necessary, to agencies to ensure guaranteed delivery. Work with Credit and Collections, Sales and agencies to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment of invoices. Work with Team Manager and Specialist to enhance daily process and workflow. Maintain a general awareness of competitive ad sales practices for all ESPN sports. Consistently demonstrates leadership competencies.

Responsibilities
Assigned accounts on a day-to-day basis after the close of a sale. Completing agency specific request for proposal templates in pre-sales process Coordinate sales order processing, including assisting in placing orders confirming billable information as well as working to acquire agency third party login Complete agency specification templates/requests at time of sale as well as assisting in acquisition of campaign assets Coordinate sales order processing, including assisting in placing orders, confirming billable information as well as working to acquire agency third party login & access. Leads the post sales process for all advertisers they are assigned. This includes communicating with agencies and implementing any agency requests as they relate to their campaign ie: screenshots, creating agency requested custom reports, etc Own the maintenance and resolution of advertisers liability by completing the following: daily tracking of ad delivery, organizing weekly liability meetings with respective teams and resolution of under delivery Assist in interpreting deliverables; assist in developing insights and recommendations for the client Work with Asset management and the agency daily to make good on any delivery outstanding per the contract agreement due to under delivery, late creative, site edits, etc. Resolution of any Third-Party discrepancies & ad serving issues throughout the flight of the campaign working with both the agency and internal troubleshooting contacts Create and maintain post campaign wrap-up Work with Team Manager to enhance daily process and workflow as it relates to our current Doubleclick system. Resolve any billing discrepancies with the agency, processing and submitting invoice adjustments when necessary Ensure timely payment of invoices by working with both agency collections & ESPN collections contacts.

Basic Qualifications
Related business experience Has sales administration subject matter expertise and some competence in digital ad sales and its implementation Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong time-management and organizational skills Must be able to multi-task and organize in a fast-paced environment. Enjoys working as part of a team

Required Education
BA/BS or equivalent work experience
