Position DescriptionThe Digital Ad Operations Coordinator will report to the Digital Ad Operations Manager and successfully work in the Ad Ops team in the areas of Trafficking and Campaign Management. Duties include, but not limited to· Traffickingo Process new insertion orders (IO), revisions into IO management systemAd Server (DFP)o Test and perform QA on ad creative to ensure publisher specifications are meto Troubleshoot any technical and performance issueso Provide technical support to sales and creative agencieso Serve as the central point of contact for third party ad servers to work out all scheduling, rotation, and technical issues· Campaign Managemento Monitor delivery of multi-faceted ad campaigns to ensure successful executiono QA campaign and provide screenshots to sales or clientso Communicate with Digital Ad Operations Manager regarding campaign delivery or optimizationo Maintain and troubleshoot daily reporting from internal and third party sourceso Assist the billing department with post campaign questions and reportso Use DoubleClick DFP Inventory Manager and Availability Forecast as well as other forecasting models to project inventoryo Comprehend the inventory reports being generated and explain details if necessaryo MaintainCreateUpdate monthly report scheduleso Update and track multiple inventory spreadsheets for soldunsold inventoryo QA as necessary on over projections and under delivery issues as they ariseo Send wrap reports including screen shots and final delivery to the agency andor client after each campaign EducationExperience· Bachelor’s Degree· 1 year of proven experience with online ad trafficking coupled with technical expertise preferred, but not required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities· Exemplary verbal, written communication, and analytical skills· Able to work independently, initiate their own projects as needed to streamline their workload, understand the business process and work in a team environment · Capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines working after hours to meet proposal and project deadlines if needed Physical Requirements· The ability to sit for prolonged period of time and view computer screen. EquipmentSoftware Used· MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)· Doubleclick DART for Publishers· Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Rich Media, and graphic tools, such as Photoshop and Illustrator tools preferred, but not required Doubleclick DART, Digital Ad, Ad Server (DFP)
