The Ad Traffic Coordinator will report directly to the Traffic Manager and will be responsible for trafficking online ad campaigns. Daily interaction with a team of Sales Planners, Sales Executives and clients is a key component of this position, as well as an ongoing role in QA to ensure all live ads function properly.

  • Using the Dart for Publishers (DFP), Auditude, Rhythm Media and AdMarvel ad serving systems to traffic creative, target ad campaigns, and provide reporting. Knowledge of XFP trafficking a bonus
  • Using internal workflow systems to communicate with Ad Sales department and facilitate campaign launches.
  • Interaction and coordination with Marketing as well as outside clients and vendors to ensure flawless advertising product executions.
  • Ongoing quality assurance support for any ad campaign issues.

    Basic Qualifications:
  • At least one year of prior experience ad trafficking pre-roll, mobile and rich media ads in Doubleclick’s DFP system. Auditude, Rhythm Media, and Ad Marvel systems a plus.
  • Familiarity with front end order management systems a plus (DSM,, etc.)
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred

  • Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Must have demonstrated technical skills and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience troubleshooting ad issues. Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with outside clients and sales executives
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of Ad Operations team.
  • Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time and priorities is critical.
  • Experience handling large volume of emails and multiple ongoing campaigns
  • Must be organized and detail oriented with great attention to accuracy
  • Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality.
  • Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined at the company’s sole discretion
  • Must be available and willing to work extended hours as occasionally needed (during crunch times!) per day or per week, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs
