Digital Advocates are social media savvy and understand the intrinsic value online content can add to a business. They tweet and blog regularly and know how to create content that is fun, clever, relevant and professional. These crafty online advocates can write 1000, 500 or 10 word pieces on the same topic and know when to use each one. In essence, they know what to say and when to say it.

Responsibilities: Monitor, manage and moderate the day-to-day social content and experience. Manage client presence on social media sites including Facebook, Twitter and other similar community sites. Post on relevant blogs and seed content into social communities as needed. Responsible for copy and media as well as ad hoc conversational reports and updates. Share insights gained from social media monitoring to help evolve strategies. Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications.

Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective participants. Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format. Builds and maintains online relationships. Strong writing and creative thinking skills. Thrives in entrepreneurial culture. Outgoing, energetic personality capable of engaging with customers.
