THE RESPONSIBILITIES :
To effectively assist the Digital Client Managers in the day-to-day administration of digital marketing and advertising initiatives for assigned Client(s). Digital Client Coordinators assist the Digital Client Managers with all functions of digital account management, thereby learning all interactive-related agency functions so that the Digital Client Coordinator may progress in his/her own career.
Day to Day Duties:
To organize and execute the day-to-day processes and responsibilities assigned to the Digital Client Management group. Digital Client Coordinators are responsible for the administrative follow up of all Digital Client Manager functions including both internal and external responsibilities. Digital Client Coordinators work with all support departments in an effort to execute the duties and requests of the Digital Client Managers on behalf of their clients' objectives. Digital Client Coordinators are to become familiar with and understand all duties and responsibilities of the Digital Client Managers and assist on an on-going and as needed basis to complete each of those duties.
Provide day-to-day executional support to the Digital Client Management team and traditional Account team for Client(s) creative and media digital campaigns, including, but not limited to: digital media, display, web, mobile, social media, and search marketing.
Assist with campaign analysis and maintain performance reports, including but not limited to: web and media unit analytics, search performance, social platform performance, blogger editorial coverage, and sales/ticket transactions when applicable.
Assist with market analysis including, but not limited to: daily numbers, weekly/monthly/quarterly competitive analysis, media updates, etc.
Digital Campaign Development – Media & Creative
Work with Account Teams, Traffic, Project Management, Media and Creative Teams in the development of timelines, creative materials and digital assets required for campaign implementation.
Trigger creative and media development and revisions as needed, and coordinate all elements between departments.
Monitor production timetables and ensure each milestone is met and addressed, keeping Interactive and traditional Account Teams apprised of process and time line ramifications.
Work with Digital Client Management Team to review creative materials and media plans to ensure accuracy and legal compliance
General Client/Account Support
Assist Digital Client Managers with all process paperwork including: media requests, job request forms/creative briefs enabling campaign execution, estimates and invoices.
Update weekly status report to keep Agency staff/Client(s) up to date on the status of all projects.
Assist Digital Client Management group with presentation materials-decks, boards, agenda etc.
Monitor and report competitive actions and/or initiatives.
Participate in client calls / meetings as needed and report next steps and agreements back to both internal / external audiences.
Monitor and track billing and receivables to ensure on time billing and payment for Interactive projects.
Participate in/attend internal training programs when offered.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or relevant, equivalent experience.
Digitally focused studies and/or college internship with exposure to account services highly preferred.
Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook/Entourage with the ability to learn new computer systems. Familiarity with Keynote is highly preferred.
