Key Accountabilities:
Marketing Strategy Development and Communication (25%)

Analyze current opportunities to advance key business drivers (e.g. paperless statement adoption, digital payments, web registration, etc.) and devise multi-channel strategies to achieve them. Work with other marketing teams to avoid touchpoint conflict. Communicate plans internally to marketing peers and upwards to senior management.

Marketing Campaign Execution

(25%)

Work with internal and external agencies partners to develop marketing collateral. Conduct appropriate reviews with legal, compliance, and communications teams. Participate in prioritization exercises with other marketing leads. Work with delivery teams to define criteria for targeting and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to launch campaigns. Work closely with analytics staff to ensure test structures are sound.

Analytics, Reporting, and Test Design

(25%)

Define, conduct and request in depth campaign and targeting analysis to drive sound marketing and business decision-making. Leverage customer attribute, web analytics, email reporting, and all other available sources as appropriate.

Digital Projects and Innovation

(25%)

Define requirements and work across functions to implement platform projects aimed at driving key business goals individually and/or in concert with marketing initiatives. Lower barriers to marketing success using A/B or MVT test methodology to improve existing digital experiences or add new features. Monitor the competitive set and push to close gaps and stay on the cutting edge in both functionality and approach.

Qualifications

Candidate must have multi-channel digital marketing expertise with depth in web and email marketing. An additional subset of SMS, mobile, social, SEO/SEM, Display, offline/print, and digital content marketing experience is preferred.

A proven track record of executing a data-driven marketing plan to achieve high-level business objectives is required.

An analytical mindset with a deep understanding of test/control methodology is required.

Previous experience with Omniture SiteCatalyst or comparable web analytics tools is required.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required.

Strong project management skills and detail-orientation is needed.

Previous experience in a matrixed organization is preferred.
