The Digital Marketer provides digital marketing support to the group’s candidate initiatives by developing digital, interactive, mobile and social initiatives that drive awareness of our brands. The position requires intensive experience in user attraction, experience, engagement and retention using a wide range of digital marketing channels.
Develops innovative marketing, promotional & social initiatives to drive awareness and engagement of various Group brands.
Partners with brand, creative and PR teams to develop fan-centric content and promotions.
Manages the implementation of various client related online marketing initiatives though leadership.
Develop e-marketing plans, budgets, schedules for digital marketing projects.
Maintain a status on all projects and share with Manager project progress, concerns about meeting deliverables, client issues, etc.
Monitor the quality of materials being delivered to the client.
Proactively raises ideas for programs.
Act as primary on day-to-day client contact on program development and execution.
Establish a strong relationship with the client through a demonstration of industry knowledge and of client’s basic business issues.
Proactively identify and resolve any related program issues.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required.
Minimum 3+ years experience in digital marketing, marketing, and usability required.
Background in consumer entertainment marketing and/or media brands a plus.
Must have successfully managed social media presences (Facebook Fan Pages, Twitter Profiles) for a major brand.
Excellent interactive project management and creative production skills.
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills – deep cross functional collaboration is required.
Strong online media and/or online sales experience.
