WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role as a Digital Technologist Application Architect at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:
Designing/Configuring/Integrating IT application solutions in alignment and support of business requirements and IT digital marketing guidelines and standards
Developing, implementing and supporting of application solution components in support of the Marketing function
Continual communicating and interacting with the marketing teams using a consulting approach to define requirements, agree on proposed solutions and implementation approach
Completing Impact Analysis and Documentation to Work Process Changes (roles & responsibilities, process flow etc.) in support of project initiatives and day-to-day operation
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Information Technology, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Required:
Deep experience in being part of large IT and business related projects
Experience in leading enhancement and support processes
Ability to work in partnership with other technology members, business peers and service providers such as consultants, contractors, marketing agencies, etc.
Proven change agent who has standardized, simplified and automated IT environments
Either ITIL certified or managed an organization through the adoption of the following process areas: Service strategy, service design, and service transition
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
A quick study and self-starter, leads with an impatience for the status quo and a true sense of urgency
Forward thinker constantly focused on shaping the business to meet and anticipate both near and long-term business issues
Ability to work in conditions in which there are extended work schedules, multiple, conflicting and changing priorities, and specific time constraints
Bachelor's degree in related field plus significant work-related experience
In-depth knowledge and experience in all aspects of Information Technology Including:
Web and digital marketing technologies and large scale distributed systems
Application Service Providers (ASPs) and/or Software as a Service (SaaS)
IT Application Design, Configuration, Development and Implementation
IT Work Process Design Concepts/Models
Broad based, management and project leadership experience in all aspects of Information Technology Work Processes:
IT Project PlanningIT Investment/Business Case Development
Business Skills/Knowledge:
Experience in collaboration and web development tools, specifically, Web 2.0, Java, VB Scripting, .NET, SharePoint and other social media solutions
Experience with content creation and delivery tools such as Interwoven, Day or other relevant solutions
IT Work Processes and Methodology Design/Implementation
Enterprise Core and Horizontal Work Processes
