Regency is currently seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Jacksonville, Florida corporate office to provide graphic design support on a range of marketing projects utilizing current graphic design technology and computer software packages.
Key Responsibilities
Design digital projects for external and internal regional audiences: email, web design, social media, video production and editing.
Design print projects for external and internal regional audiences: brochures, direct mail, trade show graphics, site plans and thematic maps, leasing, investment and acquisition support materials.
Support other marketing projects as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing/Design or related field with three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience.
Professional training and experience with Adobe Creative Suite software.
Intermediate level proficiency with non-linear video editing tools (Apple Final Cut Studio or Adobe Premiere/After Effects also accepted).
Intermediate level proficiency with web design tools (HTML markup or Dreamweaver required, HTML5 preferred).
Intermediate level experience producing content for social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Vimeo required.
Intermediate level proficiency with current computer graphics software such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat.
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office software
Experience with blogs and content aggregators preferred.
Previous experience in a marketing role in a real estate company is strongly preferred.

Strong attention to detail, organization, with the ability to prioritize and manage time and multiple tasks effectively.
Self-motivated, works equally well independently and with a group in a multi-tasking, dynamic, team oriented environment.
Must have a high energy level with a positive, upbeat attitude.
Capable of precise verbal and written communication, even when under time constraints.
