The Manager, Digital Marketing Content manages content updates for Electrolux brand sites, b-to-b portals and product databases. Content maintenance includes working with internal product databases and content management systems to enter, edit and proofread product content as well as very closely managing content on live consumer sites to ensure complete accuracy. The Manager will work closely with the technology infrastructure team and the individual product lines to ensure up-to-date content is available in our systems.

Key operational responsibilities
· Work with Product Lines and Product Planning teams to coordinate web content in support of brand launches
· Work with Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Operations to help coordinate and implement product line web content
· Work with Brand Teams to manage flow of product content
· Maintain a consistent look and feel for each brand throughout all web properties (country specific brand sites, b-to-b portals, syndication tools, etc.)
· Enter, edit and proofread all web content
· Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference
· Monitor and provide regular insight on competitors’ digital environments and changes to their content management approach
· Keep current with emerging web technologies
· Regularly check operational status of all Electrolux sites (at least daily)
· Serve as consultant internally and with our partners (agencies & vendors) and retailers on an as needed basis.

Competencies needed
· Extreme attention to detail
· Exceptional communication and organizational skills
· Exceptional English grammar, proofreading and editing skills (knowledge of Spanish or French a strong plus)
· Extremely strong comfort level with change; frequently this role will be faced with last minute/past deadline requests to make updates to meet business needs. It is important that this individual approach this aspect of the position with an open mind and a pronounced, visible readiness to provide solutions. (i.e., not “we can’t do that”, but “let me understand the business need and develop an approach that will meet those needs”)
· Experience with content management systems
· Experience managing and updating databases/data entry
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
· Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Experience managing digital marketing efforts
· Appliance feature and specifications knowledge, or equivalent
· Basic Adobe Photoshop skills and high-level of proficiency with Microsoft applications including Excel
· Basic project management skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Detail-oriented and well-organized
· Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
· Strong written and verbal skills; specifically the ability to write and speak clearly, concisely, and accurately
