Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will report to the Consumer Marketing Manager, and will be responsible for supporting the team in a wide variety of marketing
activities – including creating, maintaining and executing upon international marketing calendars, PR/branding strategies, campaign launches, media/partner
outreach and digital KPI reporting. We are in the midst of building and growing several new branded platforms and services, and are looking for a motivated and globally
curious marketing professional to join our team and grow with us.

Assist Consumer Marketing Manager in identifying target audiences in international markets, and developing and executing strategic and tactical plans to effectively reach them
Manage email marketing programs, including segmentation, deployment and reporting
Facilitate and develop daily engagement and content strategies for social media
Draft marketing and communication materials to support PR and promotional activities
Assist with development of promotional activities and communications for our consumer panel (Shoppers Without Borders)
Assist with tracking and reporting KPIs for our international portals (in Beta)

BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
2-5 years of experience in marketing; retail e-commerce experience a plus
Familiarity with digital and social marketing and PR strategies
Experience using ESP, CRM and online analytics and campaign tracking tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to multi-task, meet aggressive deadlines and handle a start-up environment is a must!
Basic knowledge of HTML is a bonus
International experience and/or language skills also valued
