We are seeking a smart, energetic, self-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing marketing department. This position will play a key role in driving brand awareness and customer acquisition programs, to support the continued success, growth and expansion of RingRevenue ’s call marketing technology in existing and new markets. In a nutshell? You ’ll help us create all the buzz about our awesome company and technology, while also supporting your colleagues in getting new customers in the door, and keeping them happy.

You ’ll also have fun while doing it – we certainly do! Working closely with our Director of Marketing, you ’ll manage and optimize our digital marketing channels, including search, content, social media and PR, while also tracking the effectiveness of these programs and delivering on performance goals. You better like variety - you ’ll be applying your creative genius daily! Dynamic projects you ’ll be tackling can include things like creating product-related screencasts, writing compelling copy for sales collateral, designing killer PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, press releases, and more.

Being highly organized with a strong attention to detail is a must. Core Responsibilities Lead the effective implementation of digital marketing plans and strategies to achieve brand awareness and customer acquisition goals. Create compelling, high-level content (sales collateral, case studies, white papers, web content, newsletters, etc.), segmented by product and user audience. High-level shouldn ’t mean boring or stuffy though, we want your awesome personality to show through!

Manage and optimize both SEM " SEO. Collaborate with external agencies and Director of Marketing to develop and maintain keyword lists as well as analyze performance and define bids. Work with team to monitor and report site performance/metrics. Leverage metrics to continuously improve inbound marketing campaign performance.

Share direct marketing learning, including best-practices and innovations. We value your experience and ideas! Skills and Qualifications Bachelor ’s Degree, in Marketing or Communications preferred 2-3 years experience in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and/or social media marketing Positive attitude and love of marketing is essential. We work hard and play hard – having fun and loving what we each do is a core part of our company ’s success Substantial and proven experience in running and developing marketing initiatives in the online world Proven track record with quantifiable results in creating and delivering successful and cost-effective marketing campaigns (campaigns include; SEM, social media, email, viral) as well as working knowledge of Adwords and Google Analytics.

Experience with Hubspot a plus. Excellent analytical and reporting skills Stellar written and verbal communication skills. Sense of humor is one of those skills. Be self-motivated, resourceful, confident, energetic, creative and willing to learn.

Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Effective project management skills and high attention to detail. Excellent copywriting skills and ability to rework technical content for a wider audience. Good team player and should meet or exceed team goals.
