Support Strategy Development and execution of Social/Digital Media
Participate in cross functional Aveda Digital/Social Media Team
Digital/Social Media reporting
Digital Media planning SEM/SEO management
Creative Development and execution
Manage implementation of online/digital media strategies
Animate marketing calendar in social media spaces across 8 state area and assist salons with social strategy
Responsible for integration of interactive elements into new and existing marketing plans
Oversee implementation of strategy and development of brand social media sites, widgets, micro-sites, videos and collaborate with Aveda Corporation on content and community management.
Serve as digital marketing resource for salons and Institutes in the 8 state area. Work to promote greater digital fluency among Neill-TSP staff and salon accounts
Interface/liaise with key Aveda leaders, sharing insight and best practices.
Manage relationships with existing digital agency partners and develop new agency relationships
Management and execution of online advertising and marketing media campaigns
Provide key data and analysis of marketing social media efforts. Monitor, measure, and report results to improve future campaigns
Accountable for high-quality, on-time, on-budget results
Develop on-line customer acquisition campaigns, analyzing business needs and plan, providing ROI analysis of programs
Customer acquisitions through Display Advertising, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Aggregator Advertising, SEO (Search engine optimization), and other Digital Marketing Aspects
Conduct customer research with consumer insights team to identify behaviors and trends as it pertains to the digital space. Proactively make data led recommendations for successful implementation of changes.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, communications or related field
Six years professional experience with extensive experience in the digital media and interactive space
Solid foundations in SEO and SEM programs and trends, including knowledge and understanding of current search engine algorithms/ methods both organic and paid.
In depth knowledge of web communication and design, including ability to integrate and translate marketing activities of business needs online
Experience in display advertising
Ability to work effectively with a great degree of independence and to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Proficient with Adobe suite - specifically: PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, HTML and CSS
Deep understanding of online marketing tools, processes, and trends - including analytics software such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Doubleclick or Atlas
Versatile communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues and/or concepts to technical, business, and operational stakeholders
Broad knowledge and comprehensive understanding of environmental issues relevant to Aveda brand and consumers
