Job Description:
As Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for
the development and implementation of the digital
marketing campaigns for and, to
drive visits and conversions. This will be achieved
through execution of the company’s digital marketing
plans and demonstrating relevant and effective planning,
implementation and control.
The successful candidate will have a strategic and
professional approach to marketing with a real focus on
optimizing the customer experience as well as a
commercial and sales driven approach.
Online Marketing Campaign Management (including but not
limited to)
  • Plan, evaluate, measure and monitor campaigns and
make recommendations for improvement
  • Budget for digital advertising spend and return on
  • Understand the buyer behavior and the importance of
targeted marketing for the online consumer
  • Design, measure and monitor an annual online
marketing plan
Search Marketing
  • Managing external SEO and PPC agency to ensure the
websites consistently rank highly in the US’s
leading search engines and drives traffic via paid
search to set ROI targets.
  • Ongoing support to ensure current campaigns, product
catalogue and trends are reflected in the search
marketing activity
  • Use of insight to ensure appropriate propositions
and ad content is developed
  • Management of Adobe Search & Promote tool
Online Advertising
  • Developing online brand led campaigns in line with
company-wide marketing campaigns.
  • Managing display and re-targeting advertising
  • Liaising with internal marketing and design teams to
ensure consistent creative and messages across
online channels.
Affiliate marketing
  • Managing external affiliate network
  • Developing and exploring new affiliate marketing
  • Overseeing necessary affiliate admin including
commission validation, new affiliate approvals,
uploading of creative content
Social Media
  • Working with the Social Media Manager develop and
implement a strategy including:
  • Blogging (involving multiple areas of the business
into this activity)
  • Social network activity including Facebook and Twitter
  • Reviews
Other Duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related
  • 3-5 years marketing experience including digital
marketing responsibility with a retailer or
manufacturer selling directly to the end consumer
  • Experience in managing all aspects of established
online marketing tools: SEO, PPC,
advertising/display media, affiliate marketing,
viral marketing, online PR and newer ones
(blogs/microblogs, mobile, rich media, social
  • Experience of budgeting, reporting and analysis –
must be highly numerate and analytical
  • Experience with Adobe Site Catalyst and Search &
Promote tools preferred.
  • Experience in the use of digital metrics, web
analytics to assess our proposition/digital
  • Experience managing agencies
  • Ability to take the lead with customers, colleagues
and senior managers
