We currently have an opportunity in our Marketing Department for a self-motivated Digital Marketing professional for a full-time a position in our Admin Location in Farmington Hills . As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for managing and executing the Credit Union's digital programs designed to build member relationships, drive member acquisition and brand awareness. This will include design and content management of the Credit Union's websites, email marketing and digital communications, social media, search engine optimization and other digital engagement strategies.

Digital/Electronic Communications and Brand
Manage and execute the digital marketing plan to support overall online brand including management of specific programs designed to drive traffic to the Credit Union’s online space.
Designs and manages the Credit Union’s website, including content, graphics, video, animation and functionality. Partners with appropriate stakeholders to obtain data, write, and manage content for online promotions including emails and e-newsletters to ensure communications are effective, in compliance and legal guidelines.
Manage website performance and optimization to enhance the user experience resulting in maximum visibility and top rankings in major search engines.
Manage email marketing plan including policies, procedures and permission-based programs. Produce effective email campaigns to support corporate and business unit objectives. Create and manage strategies for the acquisition and development of an email database to support various marketing programs. Create mechanisms and benchmark criteria to track and communicate the effectiveness of each digital marketing campaign.
Manages the Credit Union’s intranet site design, to increase optimization to enhance the team members experience resulting in maximum ease of use.
Search Engine Management and Optimization
Research, negotiate and manage cooperative online promotional and advertising opportunities like directory listings and links to expand the reach and effectiveness of the marketing campaigns. Define, prioritize, coordinate, and implement SEO strategies including but not limited to technical, graphical, layout, copy, landing pages, site architecture, etc.
Research and implement web tools and mobile applications to enhance member user experience. Manage content, development, design, and technical requirements related to any online third party interfaces.
Conduct, gather and analyze market research to determine SEO and social media opportunities and competitiveness. Develop unique value propositions, partnerships and programs targeted to key member segments. Work with stakeholders to ensure that the SEO efforts maintain and enhance brand presentation and member experience.
Manage and execute on the social media strategy to support marketing campaigns to drive membership and loan initiatives while increasing brand equity and online awareness. Ensure all messaging aligns with the Credit Union brand.
Continually monitor, track key performance metrics and analyze trends and results of implemented strategies to identify success metrics and execute on identified enhancements and changes.
Develop creative assets to support interactive marketing and social media programs.
Manage and implement the development and design of landing pages, micro-sites and various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn for the credit union and CUSO partner brands.
Participate and initiate online conversations across a variety of channels; develop and monitor social networking sites. Use social listening tools to monitor online conversations.
Participate in the overall creative concept and theme development for each marketing campaign across all interactive marketing and social media programs.
Select vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage outside services that relate to interactive marketing and social media programs.
Continually strive to expand a working knowledge of the latest marketing strategies and techniques along with the interactive tools and techniques that are available and effective. Identify, interpret and capitalize on social media and mobile applications trends.
Manage and execute the production and post-production of video content to support marketing campaigns. Collaborate with Credit Union business units in designing, managing, and producing video projects. Ensure all messaging aligns with the Credit Union brand.

Education - A four year college degree, preferably in Marketing or related field
· Two to five years of experience with integrated marketing campaign development and management
Two to five years of digital marketing channel, email marketing, landing page optimization and list segmentation experience
· Two to five years of email deployment and platform systems
· Two to five years of social media tools and web analytics

High Proficiency in the following - Microsoft Office & SharePoint
Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, PhotoShop, Ilustrator, InDesign)
Proficiency in supporting cross-browser functionality.
A thorough knowledge of SEO techniques and Google Analytics
Experience running and evaluating online marketing campaigns
