Job Description & Responsibilities:

This Marketing Manager position is responsible for growing magazine and product subscriptions sold through digital channels including American Express Publishing’s home websites, search marketing efforts,, Email and through third party channels.

Key areas of online subscription marketing include:
- Developing and executing a marketing plan across channels
- Working with functional areas (e.g. online editorial team, technology, operations, customer service, external designers) to develop and launch tests
- Identifying new trends
- Tracking and analyzing results
- Making recommendations for future testing
- Forecasting and budget management
- Managing one direct report


Job Qualifications:
- Must have 2+ years of digital marketing and or circulation marketing experience, including email marketing experience
- Must possess superior analytical skills
- Excellent relationship management skills and negotiation skills
- Proven collaboration and influence skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strat planning experience
- Proven ability for driving results across multiple departments and organizations and excellent project management skills
- Needs to be an innovative thinker and a strong problem solver
- BS/BA required
