PCH is looking for an eager, talented, self-motivated Digital Media Coordinator to join our team. The Digital Media Coordinator will execute planning and buying across the display, email, affiliate and co-registration channels.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop strong partnerships with agencies and other external partners to drive performance through effective goal orientation and day-to-day operations management
Test and evaluate best acquisition sources for high quality email engaged customers
Leverage digital analytics and source mix to reallocate and optimize spend
Lead identification and management of affiliate marketing partnerships
Proactively forecast and report successes, inconsistencies and underperformance with high urgency and professionalism.
Design and manage test and learn programs.
Continually leverage new tools, channels, and technologies to drive lead growth for PCH
Work closely and collaboratively with internal PCH departments including creative, operations, the digital property owners, and eCommerce
Manage media and vendor/partner contracts and budgets including oversight of PO’s, invoices, monthly accruals and ongoing budget forecasting within the aforementioned channels
Optimize media campaigns with a focus on increasing return on investment
Speak regularly with current, and new potential, media partners to help growth specific media channels.
Assist with new creative deployment and optimization
1-3 years experience in Digital Marketing, Acquisition Marketing, and the Performance Marketing Industry
Experience working in one or more of the following Digital Media Channels: Display, Email, Affiliate, Co-Registration
History of success in acquisitions
Experience in email marketing compliance best practices
Ability to learn and utilize internal systems
Highly quantitative thinker, extremely detail oriented and able to efficiently plan, prioritize and manage numerous projects and tasks simultaneously.
Proven self-starter who can identify new opportunities, analyze a problem and develop tactics/strategies to drive growth
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skill
