Position Summary

Koch Creative Group is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator. We are looking for someone who can plan, organize, and execute interactive and video projects on time and on budget. We require someone who is detail oriented with excellent communication skills and can work effectively with creative and development teams. This person will work with account service to understand client requirements, and then will work with creative teams to map out schedules, milestones, budgets, and sourcing.

Provide regular updates to internal teams

Manage aspects of projects such as scope, schedule, budget, and resources

Work with designers, developers, and copy writers

Collaborate with the team to identify project requirements and objectives

Enforce project schedules to ensure deadlines are met

Set and manage expectations both internally and externally

Identify vendors and manage those relationships when necessary


Two years of experience in a similar project coordinator/management role

Experience managing web development projects (i.e. websites, apps, social media apps, digital media campaigns)

Experience creating and executing plans and revising when needed to meet changing needs and requirements

Experience prioritizing a wide range of tasks across multiple projects

Experience managing multiple projects at once
