The Digital Project Lead is responsible for putting defined processes into practice and ensuring effective, efficient delivery of Capco Digital projects. The Project Lead facilitates digital delivery for Capco Digital with particular attention to the sympathetic implementation of process in a creative environment. The Project Lead is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget at the highest level of quality possible. Primary Responsibilities Managing projects within Capco Digital, often more than one at a time Providing guidance and leadership in the digital creative process, supporting and motivating the team Adding to the profitability of the group through efficient and effective management of the digital process by following defined processes and procedures, to maximize time and success Working with the Practice Head to improve workflow, traffic, suppliers, production, etc.

Continually working to improve internal processes and the working relationship between Capco Digital and other areas within the company Ensuring thorough and regular communications are maintained between individuals within the project team, and manage regular and exception reporting to the wider team Creating and maintaining plans, budgets and forecasts Ensuring that finance processes are followed by the project team, including regular time sheet updates and cost reporting Involved with business development processes Getting the best out of creative members of the project team Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree is required. An advanced degree is desirable In-depth project management experience, preferably at a digital agency or consultancy (5-7+ yrs) Experience with design for mobile and/or social experiences highly desirable Energy and charisma Demonstrates passion and drive Outstanding ‘creative thinking’ skills Experience of getting the most out of creative people Superior communication skills Tact and diplomacy Strong leadership and communication skills Strong team building & people management skills Time management, organization and multi-tasking skills Thorough understanding of the tools and requirements of the digital process Formal project management qualifications (e.g. PMP) desired While the role is local to New York, some travel will be required.
