SUMMARY:
The Time Warner Cable Media office currently seeks a Digital Research Lead reporting to the VP, Research. The Digital Research Lead will be responsible for helping to develop a cross-platform attribution approach across Time Warner Cable's portfolio of Digital Television, Online and Mobile solutions. This will involve utilizing data, insights and reporting generated by our Digital product portfolio to support all aspects of the pre, mid and post sales process with the goal of delivering meaningful results for clients. The optimal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of current and future trends in utilizing a data driven approach to drive measurable solutions in Digital Advertising.

JOB DUTIES:
Act as the internal expert on Digital planning, execution, measurement, campaign optimization, and ROI metrics as needed by sales.
Develop a foundation for Internal and Client facing reports that can be implemented on an Enterprise and local market level.
Consult on all aspects of media research issues, measurement, and tools in serving as the liaison between corporate research, Client Solutions (field marketing team), Product and Sales.
Establish thought leadership and research tool development to enhance digital planning and campaign management capabilities across our advertising portfolio.
Development of key post campaign reporting metrics and reports that demonstrate the effectiveness of each client's campaigns.
Provide enterprise wide, top-line insights, analyses and reporting across all TWCM digital products (including RoadRunner.com, news channel websites, iTV, VOD)
Create and help customize presentations to clients and/or prospects on specific projects as needed.
Partner with corporate research on consumer research including quantitative and qualitative survey development and analysis, as well as development of meaningful research conclusions and business implications, as well as deep consumer insights
Develop strong cross-functional relationships by collaborating with key stakeholders on Digital products, sales teams and key clients, earning the credibility to drive results as a respected thought leader.
Assure quality of design, implementation, analysis and interpretation of research projects.
Understand and leverage research methods to inform strategies; coordinate resources to implement research and measurement projects.
Support ongoing digital product training with sales and Client Solutions as well as other critical support team members.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
10-15+ years' experience in both digital analytics and quantitative research.
Expertise in developing digital media strategies and platform/placement recommendations with an emphasis on media mix modeling, cross-platform measurement and consumer insights.
Ability to make insightful and strategic presentations from multiple and complex data sources.
Strong knowledge of various online research sources/survey techniques (Nielsen, Kantar, MRI, Rentrak, TRA, comScore, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to navigate and support national to hyper-local solution development.
Understanding of ad serving and targeting platforms: contextual and behavioral targeting, knowledge of Data Management Platforms (DMP) in identifying audience attributes.
Working knowledge of leading development, serving and reporting platforms.
Ideal candidate will have agency, client or media measurement background.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred
