This is a part time position, .25 FTE (9 hours per week), based at our Seattle office.
Job Summary :
Under the direct supervision of the Digital Communications Manager, provides support to the marketing department in the creation of digital content and the ongoing monitoring and updating of PPGNW’s social media and web properties.
Essential Functions :
Supports the Digital Communications Manager with the execution of PPGNW’s digital strategy by providing technical and creative skills and capabilities for development of online content, including social media posts, video and multimedia, and graphic/image assets that accomplish agency and team goals. Assists with the monitoring and updating of social media and web properties and conducts analytics reports that measure content performance.
Major Responsibilities :
Produces various kinds of digital content (social media posts, multimedia, images and graphics) for PPGNW web properties.
Updates/uploads new content for PPGNW social media channels and website, as approved by the Digital Communications Manager.
Monitors online interactions and conversations about PPGNW and reproductive health issues.
Conducts monthly review of website analytics and weekly review of social media performance to inform changes in content and strategy.
Assists in execution of special projects and other digital initiatives.
Assists in the creation of e-newsletter.
Creates multi-media content for internal trainings, communications, and executive video blogs.
Collaborates with the Marketing and Communications team as well as the External Affairs team to assist with digital requirements.
Develops, updates and manages photo/video content catalogue.
Adheres to the PPGNW code of conduct and all policies, procedures and protocols.
Demonstrates and maintains a high degree of professionalism.
Supports and acts in accordance with the PPGNW customer service standards.

Demonstrates and models diversity awareness.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
BA/BS in related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years experience in the production of videos marketing, communications or a related field.
Special Knowledge and Skills:
Familiarity with video editing and graphic editing software (Final Cut, Photoshop, etc) strongly preferred
Experience managing online communities and social media channels
Experience updating website through a Content Management System, (CMS)
Proficiency with use of social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and analytics services (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
