Execute and schedule high profile strategic digital advertising campaigns using Operative.One, Doubleclick’s DART for Publishers (DFP), Mocean and FreeWheel ad management platforms
  • Manage ad management platforms to ensure campaign delivery, performance and advertiser goals are being fulfilled as scheduled
  • Technical troubleshooting at all stages of the campaign process from implementation through execution and reporting
  • Test and QA ad creative to certify that publisher specifications are met and ads are operating and tracking properly
  • Day-to-day monitoring of campaign performance, pacing and conducting performance analyses on a regular basis
  • Provide optimization recommendations to account management team based on the customer’s campaign objectives
  • Provide the highest quality client service support by addressing any campaign challenges with accuracy, efficiency, diligence, thoroughness, and professionalism
  • Assist the Manager of sales operations with escalations, system management, training and coaching the junior staff
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Qualifications/Requirements
    Basic Qualifications:
  • Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • A minimum 1 year experience in ad operations, sales support, or account management and the desire to continue in or move into ad operations
  • Prior experience trafficking in an ad server (DoubleClick DFP, FreeWheel and Mocean preferred)
  • Familiarity with a front end order management system preferred
  • Fluency in the language of digital media: impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, etc.
  • Fluency in the language of online measurement: uniques, pageviews, visits, referrers, etc.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (including formulas))
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and ActionScript
  • Experience taking screenshots, cropping, and basic image editing
