Execute and schedule high profile strategic digital advertising campaigns using Operative.One, Doubleclick’s DART for Publishers (DFP), Mocean and FreeWheel ad management platforms
Manage ad management platforms to ensure campaign delivery, performance and advertiser goals are being fulfilled as scheduled
Technical troubleshooting at all stages of the campaign process from implementation through execution and reporting
Test and QA ad creative to certify that publisher specifications are met and ads are operating and tracking properly
Day-to-day monitoring of campaign performance, pacing and conducting performance analyses on a regular basis
Provide optimization recommendations to account management team based on the customer’s campaign objectives
Provide the highest quality client service support by addressing any campaign challenges with accuracy, efficiency, diligence, thoroughness, and professionalism
Assist the Manager of sales operations with escalations, system management, training and coaching the junior staff
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
A minimum 1 year experience in ad operations, sales support, or account management and the desire to continue in or move into ad operations
Prior experience trafficking in an ad server (DoubleClick DFP, FreeWheel and Mocean preferred)
Familiarity with a front end order management system preferred
Fluency in the language of digital media: impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, etc.
Fluency in the language of online measurement: uniques, pageviews, visits, referrers, etc.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (including formulas))
Basic knowledge of HTML and ActionScript
Experience taking screenshots, cropping, and basic image editing
