We are seeking an individual meeting the criteria below to assist our residents in having an exceptional dining experience. This is a "working" supervisory position.
Responsibilities:
Manage a staff of 10-12 servers to include; scheduling, assignment of duties, hiring, training, etc
Assist service staff as needed
Interacting with residents to ensure high levels of satisfaction as related to all aspects of dining experience
Timely printing and distribution of menus
Qualifications/Qualities:
Previous experience: Supervisory dining experience a must, senior living preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor
Self starter, motivated
Good problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task
