Master's Degree preferred
5-7 years of experience preferred
Directs activities of the Human Resources department within the framework of the established customer and employee satisfaction philosophy, objectives and policies adopted by the Hospital. Is charged with the development of a viable plan to improve customer and employee satisfaction on a continuing basis. Develop employees to provide the best service and leadership possible for the Hospital.

Bachelors Degree in a related field, as well as demonstrated continuing education; masters degree preferred. Proven track record of successful leadership in healthcare, especially in the area of customer and employee satisfaction.

This individual is responsible for coordinating employee training activities, providing technical assistance to supervisory staff regarding human resources functions and related improvement activities, coordinating employee recognition activities, overseeing employee health, life, and other beneifits.

PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
