Responsible for sales growth by making sales calls that generate qualified leads to the assigned center(s) to achieve the occupancy and premium mix goals. Leads sales initiatives that promote the center(s) products, services and outstanding clinical outcomes. Coordinates external events that position the center(s) as the leader in Elder Care services and provider of choice in the market.

Bachelor of science degree or commensurate experience
Sales and marketing experience
Healthcare related experience
Clinical or Healthcare leadership experience background preferred
Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with other employees at all levels
Essential Job Functions:
Make sales calls outside the facility to medical, insurance, legal, and financial professionals, senior organizations, appropriate special interest groups, hospital discharge planners and other community contacts. Maintain and add to the current Book of Business. Utilize Company sales practices and sales tracking tools
Develop and implement special events and presentations targeted at community education, establishing and maintaining status for the facility as the expert on skilled nursing, specialty programs, and rehabilitation care in the community
Plans external sales efforts to assist the center(s) in maximizing fair market share from top referral sources. Identify and develop new business accounts that will generate qualified referral activity
Develops appropriate synergy between business partners to understand the various companies full line of products and services
Initiates customer contact / visits with existing and prospective customers, acts as the lead when presenting products / services to existing or prospective customers
