Position Summary: Men’s Wearhouse is seeking a Direct Marketing (CRM) Manager to provide overall program management and strategic focus on lead acquisition, conversion and retention for retail and formalwear brands. This is a high impact, influential position that requires both creative thinking on a big-picture level as well as rigor around managing details, accuracy and adherence to project deadlines. Key Accountabilities: • Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex, high-impact direct marketing programs • Focus on customer acquisition, conversion and retention through multiple channels including direct mail, email, telemarketing and SMS • Manage direct mail, email and SMS contact cadence and integrated programs by coordinating resources, documenting strategies and business plans • Provide the optimal customer experience by collaborating with store operations, data teams, and internal and external partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns • Design, develop and implement projects that enhance product value to increase booking yield or reduce costs. • Spearhead tests and develop financially-based business cases for new investments in offers, services and/or technology to improve engagement and user experience • Monitor and analyze program performance
