Partner with business colleagues within Marketing, Product, Retail Distribution and Channel to define, develop and implement innovative direct marketing solutions to acquire new to bank customers. The successful candidate will be an experienced marketer who can work in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment, with the ability to deliver results driven programs at both a strategic and tactical level.
Build and implement multi channel targeted direct marketing programs to deliver new to bank customers.
Partner with internal colleagues in Marketing to build and execute programs to support the achievement of the Bank's business and marketing goals.
Spearhead design and management of direct marketing programs in all phases including strategy, planning, implementation, auditing and analysis. Use learnings to continue to improve and evolve the success of direct marketing initiatives.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of each partner's product construct, profit drivers, business goals and priorities to proactively identify opportunities to leverage direct marketing solutions.
Work with multiple outside agency partners to ensure that direct marketing programs are implemented on time, on brand, on strategy, in compliance with regulatory guidelines and are within budget.
Manage overall direct marketing budget including expenses for outside agencies, consultants, media (lists), and out-of-pocket costs including postage and data processing
Partner with retail distribution colleagues to ensure successful implementation of direct marketing programs within branch network.
Provide accurate, results-based projections for marketing initiatives to ensure program goals are met.
Lead presentations and syndication of program strategy and results to governance teams and other partners.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of direct marketing best practices and competitive offerings to ensure Citizens Bank's approach to direct marketing is best-in-class.
7-9 years managing consumer direct marketing programs. Strong business and analytical acumen. Experience in financial services or agency environment is preferred.
Development and implementation of 1-to-1 channel initiatives for both online and offline marketing programs.
