The Director, Brand and Corporate Marketing is responsible for overseeing all aspects of brand and corporate marketing and communications including PR, IR, advertising, campaigns, events, lead generation, online and social marketing. You will be also responsible for engaging with industry influencers and developing co-marketing plans with our partners. You will be a core member of a team of marketing professionals spanning product management, product marketing and technical marketing to drive company strategic direction and meet our financial goals. As a public company, you will work closely with our CFO and CEO on quarterly earnings announcements and internal communication to our employee base.
Drive our global brand messaging, strategy and awareness plans.
Develop and review all written communication materials, including story pitches, messaging, press releases, Q&As, presentations and speeches.
Collaborate with product management and director of product marketing to launch new products and programs globally.
Create engaging web content and lead our online marketing efforts and campaigns.
Oversee social marketing strategy including our blog and community.
Own the plan for Enphase’s presence at key industry events and conferences.
Manage outside PR and marketing agencies assisting in our communication initiatives.
Collaborate with global sales and marketing teams to deliver global marketing programs and geo expansion goals.
Manage, motivate and recruit your team with like-minded A-players.
Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent; post-graduate or professional degrees preferred.
At least 7-10 years of Marketing experience with an innovative high-tech company or agency.
Expert communication skills – verbal and written.
Experience developing and executing global marketing plans within a matrixed global company.
Developed and executed successful marketing events on a large scale.
Led successful integrated marketing campaigns with global implementation.
Data driven with experience developing marketing core metrics
Ability to think, plan, and execute resourcefully.
Demonstrated ability to work calmly, collaborate effectively and execute quickly in fast paced, quickly growing company.
