Job Description:
As a Capture Manager at ManTech you will be responsible for capturing assigned opportunities and acting as the thought leader during capture and proposal phases and will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing win strategies for assigned pursuits throughout the capture/proposal process. You will be responsible for collecting and presenting the information required to make good decisions at reviews and working with operational managers to assure the customer perspective is maintained and developed. You will work in partnership with operational management and the capture team to develop and implement a strategy for winning specific opportunities, with responsibility for pre-RFP marketing efforts and capture strategy development. You will lead the capture team in the preparation of strategy, teaming, solution development, staffing, and pricing. You will be responsible for conducting win/loss analysis including capture process improvements.

Job Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to:
- Develop and maintain customer and industry business relationships.
- Identify and develop addressable opportunities for business expansion.
- Develop market shaping strategies and provide input into business plans.
- Identify and participate, as required, in marketing events such as trade shows and seminars that support capture objectives.
- Lead all phases of capture management - identification, qualification, capture, and proposal management.
- Prepare and present information and decision briefings to operational management
- Develop win themes and discriminators
- Identify and qualify prospective teaming partners
- DarlEstablish and manage proposal budgets
- Participate, as required, in proposal development

Clearance Requirements: Minimum clearance is an Active TS/SCI w/ Poly

Education Requirements:
Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field and twelve to fifteen years of experience or a Master’s degree and ten to twelve years experience in design engineering, program management experience and/or government sales/marketing.
