Elance is seeking a Director of Client Success with a background of 7+ years in professional services to develop Elance’s large business solutions and delivery programs. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful development of key strategic accounts, as well as refining our large business solutions and methodologies to enable adoption within the organization. You will work closely with the enterprise sales team to articulate the Elance value proposition and represent Elance’s global enterprise solutions and services teams.
In this role, you will:
Identify needs and create solutions to serve Elance’s large business customers. This includes working with the product and services teams to refine the offerings, methodologies and processes to take a customer from sale to widespread adoption
Play a critical role within a world-class sales team by representing Elance’s service offerings
Be a partner, internally and externally, advocating your point of view while seeing other's perspectives
Execute the implementation strategy to drive mass adoption of the Elance solution across multiple large accounts
Collaborate with internal teams including Product Management, Marketing and Sales to create new, innovative solutions for large businesses
To win in this role, you need:
Experience: You are comfortable working with enterprise customers in designing new processes and implementing technology. You understand the contingent labor and staffing space and are familiar with the technology and policy landscape. You have a background in professional services from a top consulting firm, system integrator, or technology provider
Creativity: You create new approaches to solving old problems. You communicate the solutions in a way that is simple, eloquent and credible
A Customer-Centric Mindset: You place the customer at the center of every problem and design solutions that meet their needs
Motivation: You are a self-starter with a track-record of executing for results
Leadership Abilities: You develop people to maximize their potential
Drive: You want to make a mark in this world and know that it’s up to you alone to do so
Education: You hold a bachelor’s degree from a top school and possibly an MBA or equivalent advanced degree
