Director, Customer Service

With our expanding growth we are seeking an experienced Director of Customer Service to join our team. This role will be responsible for end to end management of the post-sales customer experience including set-up, training, delivery, and post-sales follow-up. Seven years prior experience in the management of customer service is desired. The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience with electromechanical or kiosk type equipment preferable with integrated software.
The successful candidate will be energetic, mission-driven, self-directed and detail oriented. We are seeking someone who will enjoy, be challenged and appreciate this unique mission-critical opportunity. The successful candidate should also have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with both internal and external clients. A bachelor’s degree in an area requiring exemplary communication skills is required.
This position will report to the President in our headquarters office, located in Mebane, North Carolina.
