ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:|
Lead the strategy creation and execution of the Seminar Training business, consisting of approximately 75 offerings annually throughout North America; ensuring operational strategy is aligned with market demand and SHRM’s strategic goals.
Lead the strategy creation and execution of the Organizational Training & Development business, consisting of 40+ contracted offerings annually; ensuring strategy is aligned with market demand and SHRM’s strategic goals.
Lead the development of new curriculum and ongoing curriculum maintenance for the Education business. Prioritize projects, design outcomes resulting in developing SHRM owned content and broad applicability throughout the organization to minimize development costs and maximize revenue.
Lead the development and expansion of the virtual training business; increase SHRM’s delivery options of courses while simultaneously developing synergies across “channels” to expand offerings and grow participation.
Demonstrate sound fiduciary management in achieving the revenue goals, approximately $5+ million and driving a strategy which results in positive year over year growth.
Provide leadership, manage, coach and mentor the team, creating professional development strategies and milestones for each individual enhancing their skills, knowledge, abilities and ultimately their success in their respective roles.
Manage the identification, selection and stewardship of SMEs and instructors, essential to the success of the overall Educational Program strategy. Ensure consistent expectations are established and applied throughout the program portfolio.
