Job Summary/Basic Function:
The office of the Director of Facilities is responsible for providing orderly and innovative management of College buildings and infrastructure and for providing a service organization dealing with the operations and maintenance of the College physical plant, campus grounds, utility infrastructure, and all college vehicles and equipment.

Facilities is organized into six (6) departments; maintenance, custodial, grounds/fleet vehicles, HVAC, Central Scheduling and Environmental Health and Safety. Each department contributes service to accomplish the operational and maintenance requirements of the College.
The Director of Facilities is responsible for a 24 hour 7 day operation at three (3) locations within the College district.

Required Qualifications:
Master's degree.

Experience in facility planning and development.

Experience in physical plant operations management.

Supervisory experience.

Five (5) years progressively increasing responsibility managing a facilities operation.

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.

Experience in budget development and management.
