Accountable for all Financial operations for a large physician network. Directs and coordinates the accounting, financial planning and analysis, reimbursement, and decision support functions for Advantage Health. Directs and coordinates the enhancement of financial performance for Advantage Health. Works collaboratively with the COO and Strategic Leadership Team of Advantage Health, as well as with the Vice President of Finance for Saint Mary’s Health Care.
Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
Preferred – Master’s in Business Administration.
Preferred – Certified Public Accounting certification strongly preferred.
Minimum – Five to seven years progressive experience in the financial operations of a health care organization, with strong technical skills in finance and reimbursement.

Ability to analyze financial data as well as incorporate results of analysis into operations: strong budget development and management skills

Project implementation and project management experience

Ability to handle patient and organizational information in a confidential manner.
Ability to demonstrate competency with a standard desktop and Windows-based computer system, including an advanced understanding of email, e-learning, intranet and computer navigation. Ability to use other software as required to perform the essential functions of the job.
Ability to plan and implement programs and projects within designated time frames.
Demonstrated ability to interact in a consultative manner with physicians and all levels of leadership throughout the organization.
Salaried-exempt role in a fast-paced professional office environment within a growing organization. Subject to multiple interruptions, changes in workload, competing priorities, varied and/or extended hours, and deadline situations. Maintaining efficient and effective departmental operations is a primary expectation.
