Provide leadership in the development, communication and implementation of innovative financial and budget processes that support University College's mission and objectives. Direct and provide over-site of University College's administrative support operations, including fiscal, human resources, payroll, facilities and property, with emphasis on collecting and analyzing data, identifying opportunities for transitioning resources from low priority to high priority strategic initiatives, and making recommendations to the University College leadership. Provide comprehensive, accurate and timely financial information to enable planning and decision making by the University College leadership and academic and administrative partners and ensure compliance and policy requirements are met.
Minimum Qualifications (Education & Experience):
Bachelor's degree and minimum of seven years position-related experience.
Preferred Qualifications (Education & Experience):
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related discipline. Eight or more years of combined experience successfully managing budget and financial processes with a public and/or private institution of higher education; experience managing multiple funding sources, including auxiliaries, and optimizing financial efficiencies; demonstration of highest levels of personal and professional integrity and an adherence to transparent accountability; a demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity in the work environment; and a demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team and collaboratively with academic administrators. Prefer CPA.
