Base Business Management
- Develop, build support for, and execute the strategic and operational plan for the Fruit Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to deliver financial targets and profitable growth consistent with the Consumer Products Business Unit strategies and targets
- Ownership of the entire P&L for Fruit portfolio (Center of Store and Produce) ($750MM NSV, $23MM OI)
- Oversee Annual Operating Plan development, leadership of monthly Integrated Business Planning process, Director Demand Reviews and Quaterly Business Plan development,
o Lead cross-functional team in business management including demand generation activities, forecasting, budget management, inventory management
- Deliver brand health objectives and market share targets
- Lead / support the development of our E-commerce business model for CP
- Lead / support the development of a 3-year pipeline of consumer validated value engineering projects that deliver agreed to targets
- Develop the following year’s annual operating plan within established guidelines and targets

Marketing and Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of the annual Marketing Plan, including consumer and trade activities
- Develop business strategy for Fruit; oversee strategy development for major segments (Single Serve Cups & Pouches, Multi-Serve Canned, Produce) and maximize the synergy across the Fruit Portfolio.
- Partner with Brand Strategy Director to ensure Brand strategy, messaging and tactics support the business needs and objectives.
- Lead development and deployment of assortment, pricing and promotion strategies and principles for Fruit business segments
- Develop new product marketing plans to deliver distribution, sales and profit targets
- Support the development and deployment of an optimized go-to-market strategy and plan for the fruit business
- Develop and execute plan to stabilize Fruit Buffet and Family Segments

Innovation, Licensing and M&A
- Guide the development and deployment of the Fruit innovation strategy and priorities aligned with long-term Fruit SBU growth objectives
- Partner with Innovation team in development of the Fruit innovation pipeline (renovation and innovation platforms)
- Direct development of close-in renovation (line extensions) to provide meaningful new news and enhance equities
- Guide the development and deployment of M&A strategies and licensing opportunities

- Talent Management – Develop marketing and business acumen within the Fruit SBU
- Coach and develop 3 direct reports (Brand Manager Canned Fruit, Brand Manager Single Serve Fruit, Brand Manager Produce)
- Oversee staff of 6-7 team members
- Conduct performance/coaching discussions. Secure strong talent for Fruit open positions and partner with Pet/CP peers to evaluate talent.

Education: MBA in Marketing or related field
Years of Experience: 15 years in Marketing, preferably brand management for CPG company
