We are currently seeking applications for the position of Director, Global Training Services. This position will report to the Group Director, Key Account Services.

This position’s primary focus is development of a strong practice relative to global intercultural, language training and partner career assistance. This position is responsible for developing a premier training practice from the ground up, as well as strong relationships, conceptualizing and facilitating new learning solutions and becoming a trusted advisor to clients. This individual will work with various internal team members and external customers including senior level executives and will also support a broad set of activities..

The key responsibilities of this role are:

Ÿ Build a forward-thinking training arm for the organization, including growth development strategy, cost and benefit projections, year over year deliverables.
Ÿ Create and execute a business plan to develop and grow all three business lines (Intercultural, Language and Partner Services) Globally. Plan should be specific to each region and market.
Ÿ Host high-level focus groups and other opportunities to establish Crown World Mobility name in intercultural and global training capacity
Ÿ Hire and lead team members, performance manage department employees and coach development
Ÿ Strategically promote leadership development and solutions to executives enabling these leaders to execute their visions and strategies through programs designed to accelerate their business results.
Ÿ Identify opportunities for and deliver high level global leadership development, as well as lead others in sales of language, partner support and intercultural training for existing accounts and prospects in conjunction with account managers and sales.
Ÿ Forecast and meet or exceed revenue and profitability goals.
Ÿ Create and communicate effective proposals .
Ÿ Interview executives and others in client organizations to identify desired business results, change, skills and knowledge.
Ÿ Conceptualize new custom discovery based learning solutions.
Ÿ Deliver presentations to executives and client leaders.
Ÿ Lead client meetings, document outcomes and manage follow-up.
Ÿ Work collaboratively with team members.
Ÿ Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to raise awareness of the services across regions

Aptitude, Experience and Qualifications:
Ÿ 10-15 years talent management, learning and development, with global mobility training and leadership experience
Ÿ Experience selling and delivering solutions with a demonstrated track record of achievement
Ÿ Led or consulted on human resources transformation projects
Ÿ Client focused and an entrepreneurial mindset
Ÿ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a presence and confidence that builds credibility and trust
Ÿ Time management skills, including consistent performance under deadlines
Ÿ Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects all delivered with exceptional quality, on time and within budget.
Ÿ Ability to develop strategic project plan for departmental development and revenue generation
Ÿ Ability to be a self starter, work independently with limited supervision
Ÿ Passion for learning and development and for the art and science of leadership
Ÿ Willingness to travel (30 - 40% of time)
Ÿ Ability to work across borders and time zones effectively
